90% of today's buyers preview a home by viewing photos on the Internet before deciding whether or not to visit the home in person.  With the number of houses on the market today, realtors and home sellers have only two options to sell a property--reduce the price or stage it.  Staged homes sell faster and for the most dollars.  On average, professionally staged homes sell 50% faster and for 6-10% more money than non-staged homes.  Home Staging is reported to be the third most valuable home improvement project to a seller when it comes to selling a home.  

In staging a home, my goal is to accentuate every positive feature of a home and neutralize any negatives.  I view every aspect of a home through the eyes of a potential buyer.  Then, by combining interior design principles and marketing concepts I "set the stage" in every room to showcase the entire home.  Starting with existing interior furnishings I concentrate on furniture placement, balance, color harmony, and accessories, all to make potential buyers fall in love with the property.
